An afternoon of movement, play, and exploration. We dive into flow, presence, and physical intelligence—balancing structure and freedom, focus and release. With elements from locomotion, floorwork, soft acrobatics, partnering, and object work, a space emerges for inquiry, play, and discovery. We shift between guided sequences and free improvisation, working alone, in pairs, and as a group—always in dialogue with space, floor, breath, and the moment.

Through the interplay of giving and receiving, we create a space where movement becomes meditation and touch becomes dialogue. We practice holding, breathing, trusting—and finding balance through subtle impulses. Lightness and stability meet presence and softness. A space for sensing, relaxing, and being carried.

A morning between stability and lightness.
We explore balance on the hands—playfully, mindfully, and with joy in experimentation. This workshop is not about perfection, but about trust, awareness, and presence. We build strength and stability, explore transitions between floor and balance, learn techniques for alignment, shoulder mobility, and body awareness—and discover how handbalancing can become fluid and alive. Alongside clear technical foundations, there is plenty of space for exploration, play, and questions. We work solo, with partners, and in groups—supportive, inspiring, without pressure. A space for focus, calm, and curiosity—where stability meets lightness and balance becomes movement.

No prior experience needed—just openness and a willingness to engage in mindful touch.

This workshop brings together two worlds: the lightness of soft acrobatics and the presence of contact improvisation. We explore how movement emerges when we play with gravity, allow momentum, and enter into connection through touch – with ourselves, with others, and with the space.
Soft Acrobatics brings us into fluid transitions: rolls, spirals, small off-balance moments, gentle inversions, and the playful heart-over-head quality. Contact Improvisation opens the space for encounter, listening, and shared movement – sometimes light, sometimes dynamic, always in dialogue.
We move between solo practice, duet work, and group moments. We explore soft landings, stable centers, and shared weight.

An afternoon for flying, holding, and letting go. We’ll explore AcroYoga as a playful practice of trust, balance, and lightness — between earth and sky, stability and flow.
The solar practice gets us moving: with flows, lifts, playful transitions, and partner exercises that train strength, body tension, and communication. The lunar practice leads us into calm and mindfulness: with elements from Thai yoga massage and therapeutic flying, we invite softness, grounding, and presence.
Everyone is welcome—you don’t need a fixed partner. We rotate, practice, laugh, and learn together—held by trust, mindfulness, and a sense of play.
