In this intensive, we explore movement as an encounter — between bodies, in space, and in the present moment.
We work with Contact Improvisation, Partnering, Floorwork, Soft Acrobatics and object work, exploring how movement emerges when we share weight, receive impulses and come into contact with each other. It’s about sensing how dynamics unfold — not in isolation, but in dialogue.
We move from the floor through space and into the air. Rolling, falling, catching, and continuing to flow. Between stability and movement, between clarity and letting go, a continuous exchange emerges — keeping us alert while also supporting us.
Saturday — Ground & Dynamics
10:00–13:00 · 14:30–17:00
On the first day, the focus is on the ground and the dynamics that emerge from it. We work with floorwork, rolling, falling and bodysurfing, exploring how we share weight and build momentum. First mini lifts already bring us into the vertical plane, connecting ground-based movement with rising pathways. It’s about clear impulses, spatial awareness, and allowing movement to emerge through contact.
Sunday — Flow & Flight
10:00–13:00 · 14:30–17:00
On the second day, we open the practice more towards lightness and space. Soft acrobatics, lifts and improvisation take us further into the air. Movement becomes more fluid, transitions softer, and we explore how trust and timing translate into a shared flow of movement.
We move between solo work, partnering and group constellations — sometimes guided, sometimes open, always in relationship.
Contact Improvisation and partnering become a space where connection can be experienced in a very tangible way. It’s about presence, attention, and the ability to respond in the moment.
This workshop is for people who are curious to explore movement in relationship — whether you have experience or not. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to engage.
We roll, fall, fly and explore — moving together.
