MovaMente

MovəMente is a 2-day Movement Intensive focused on moving together, exploring, and discovering new pathways within the body. We are four Movement Artists from different backgrounds, united by a shared vision: to create a space where movement connects, inspires, and brings joy. You can expect sessions such as Soft Acrobatics, Partnering, Movement Improvisation, Contemporary Dance, and Creative Flow — all with a focus on playfulness, connection, and a real embodied experience.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about trying, feeling, and discovering — alone and together. A space that is warm, open, and alive. For all levels. For anyone who feels like moving.
