A morning full of movement, play, and connection. We dive into contact — with ourselves, with others, with the moment. Through flow, partnering, soft acro, floorwork, and object work, we explore how movement emerges when weight is shared, impulses are received, and dynamics are carried together.
We listen, roll, fly, land. Sometimes quiet, sometimes wild — always in dialogue. Between floor and body, between gravity and trust, a dance emerges that surprises itself. This workshop invites you to step into play, explore movement, and experience connection — without expectations, without goals, simply in flow.
