A continuous movement class structured in 6-week cycles. Over six weeks, we focus on building foundations in conditioning and coordination, developing a shared repertoire that is gradually expanded over time.
The class combines strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness, creating a solid base for a versatile movement practice. Selected exercises help you build stability, control, and resilience in a practical and sustainable way. Elements of partnering will occasionally be integrated into the shared practice.
This class is open to all levels and is for anyone who wants to move more consciously, develop better control, and deepen their understanding of movement.
