WORKSHOP 1 · Solare Basics & L-Basing Transitions

Three hours of clear, structured solar practice focusing on fundamentals and flowing L-basing transitions.
We build stable foundations, refine our shared body awareness, and develop sequences that combine strength, balance, and timing. The practice is present, precise, and adaptable — whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your basics, we’ll find the level that fits you.
WORKSHOP 2 · Lunar Practice & Therapeutic Flying
4:00 PM–7:00 PM
In the afternoon, the practice becomes calmer, softer, and more supported.
We work with Lunar AcroYoga and therapeutic flying: slow, supported movements guided by breath, trust, and subtle impulses. Weight can release, the body can soften, and transitions become clearer and more intentional. A mindful, connected practice — suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
