Encounter in the moment – playful, mindful, alive.
Every Tuesday we open a space for contact, listening, and movement in dialogue. We roll, slide, lean, share weight, give impulses, and respond to whatever emerges. Contact Impro and partnering weave together into a practice that doesn’t begin with technique but with attention: with subtle signals, responsiveness, and trust. We move through duo, trio, and group moments, exploring momentum, spirals, and the flowing connections between floorwork and partner work. Soft acro elements, locomotion, and object work with sticks, balls, or other tools open new pathways in the body and invite play. Sometimes slow, sometimes full of dynamism – always in conversation between bodies. An evening where connection arises: attentive, exploratory, surprisingly light.

In this class, strength, presence, and playfulness weave together. We explore AcroYoga in its full spectrum — between solar and lunar practice, between energy and stillness, action and surrender.
In the solar practice, we work with flows, lifts, and playful transitions. We train body tension, balance, and trust — learning to carry, to fly, and to support one another.
The lunar practice leads us into calm and mindfulness. We work with therapeutic flying, Thai yoga massage, and conscious touch — an invitation to release, relax, and feel connection.
Each class brings both poles together — dynamic and quiet, clear and soft. In this way, a space for trust, communication, and shared exploration emerges.
You don’t need a fixed partner — we practice in changing constellations, support each other, laugh, learn, and grow together. A play between sky and earth — between strength, trust, and lightness.

On Fridays we explore movement as an open process: without pressure, without goals, and with all the more freedom.
We roll across the floor, climb, balance, and discover new pathways, new patterns, new transitions — sometimes improvised, sometimes guided. Floorwork, locomotion, soft acro, and partnering weave together with object play: sticks, balls, or other tools become extensions of the body, sources of impulse, and playful companions.
We work solo, in duo moments, and in the group — we listen, test, fail, laugh, and begin again.
This class is a space for exploration: lively, open, and playful. Here, movement is allowed to flow, to emerge unplanned, and to become something that surprises you.
