There are places where the body instantly exhales. Where the skin soaks up the sun, the sea sets the rhythm, and movement becomes soft — fluid, curious, free. For four days, we invite our bodies to speak: about rolls and spirals, about balance and letting go, about touch, trust, and exploring together.

We move through Movement Flow & Floorwork, handbalancing, soft acro & partnering, through waves that arise in the body and carry on in connection. Sometimes quiet. Sometimes wild. Always with the breath as our anchor. Indoors. Outdoors. On the ground. In the air. Alone. And together. And in the midst of it all: breaks by the sea, time to arrive, to play, to simply be. Thai Yoga Massage & somatic bodywork accompany each day — offering integration, softness, and a felt sense of presence.”

No requirements. No expectations. Just movement finding its way back to us. You may come as you are: curious, courageous — or even a little unsure. With experience or without — as long as you’re willing to lean in. If you feel like flowing. If you love to play. If you’re ready to listen with your whole body — then this space is for you.
