Every Tuesday we open a space for contact, listening, and movement in dialogue. We roll, slide, lean, share weight, give impulses, and respond to whatever emerges. Contact Impro and partnering weave together into a practice that doesn’t begin with technique but with attention: with subtle signals, responsiveness, and trust. We move through duo, trio, and group moments, exploring momentum, spirals, and the flowing connections between floorwork and partner work. Soft acro elements, locomotion, and object work with sticks, balls, or other tools open new pathways in the body and invite play. Sometimes slow, sometimes full of dynamism – always in conversation between bodies. An evening where connection arises: attentive, exploratory, surprisingly light.
