MOVE INTO LIFE<\/strong> This is a weekly live online course in which you explore how more aliveness, spaciousness, and clarity can enter your life\u2014into your thoughts, your decisions, the way you shape your everyday life, and the way you move through the world. It is a space for small impulses that can grow into something larger over time. A space for connection\u2014with yourself and with others. A space that reminds you of what is possible within you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We meet once a week\u2014online, live, and together in real time. You can expect a gentle arrival, guided shared practice, clear moments for exchange, and a closing that rounds everything off. Within this framework, whatever is truly present can emerge.\nThis gives you orientation, while I support you intuitively and in a process-oriented way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We explore growth, inner movement, patterns, possibilities, and whatever is ready to loosen, shift, or come into order. You\u2019ll have space to speak, and space to listen. The group creates new perspectives\u2014perspectives you might not discover on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each week, you have a dedicated moment for yourself: for your topics, your thoughts, your questions, and whatever arises as we journey together. You choose how much you want to share.\nThe space supports you\u2014and you contribute to it as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
